學員在完成培訓並通過考試後，就可以參協會安排的面試，面試成功即可進入該企業 實習。實習期間會以生產線的工作為主，實習過後也會根據實習成績以及性格特質， 安排進入生產、人資、行政、財務、銷售、市場、客服與軟體開發等部門工作。

After completing the training and passing the examination, trainees can attend the interview arranged by the TSTEA and enter the enterprise for internship if they succeed in the interview.

During the internship period, the work of in production line will be the main work, and after the internship, according to the internship results and personality traits, will be arranged to enter into department such as Production Dept., Human Resources Dept, Administration Dept., Finance

Dept., Sales Dept., Marketing Dept., Customer Service Dept. and Software Development Dept. and other to work.
