TSTEA台灣半導體科技教育協會 Taiwan Semiconductor Technology Education Association 成立目的，是為了幫助有志從事半導體工作的青年，透過產學合作規劃的培訓課程，快速掌握從設計、製造、封測，到AI、5G、電動車等先進應用的基礎知識與實操技能，為台灣半導體產業儲備優秀人才，維持台灣再全球半導體產業的領先地位！

The Taiwan Semiconductor Technology Education Association (TSTEA) aims to help young people who are interested in working in the semiconductor industry to quickly acquire basic knowledge and practical skills in advanced applications from design, manufacturing, and testing through training programs planned by industry-academia cooperation.

TSTEA 半導體技職培訓線上課程，透過漸進式的學習計畫，讓學習者快速瞭解半導體 知識與技能，並成功獲得半導體公司的面試與就業機會。

TSTEA's Online Professional Training Program (OPTP) is a progressive learning program that enables learners to gain a quick understanding of semiconductor knowledge and skills, and succeed in obtaining interviews and employment opportunities with semiconductor companies.
